Belanjee facilitates shipping of artworks on behalf of the buyer. We use trusted courier delivery services and/or Australia Post to ensure that your artwork arrives safely.
Average delivery time within Australian Metro Areas is 4 - 10 business days and 10 - 20 business days if shipping regionally.
All artworks are carefully packaged by the artist and fully insured.
Your work will come with a Certificate of Authenticity, signed by the artist.
In the unlikely event of a delay, we’ll get in touch with you right away via the contact details you provide us.

The painting will be delivered already stretched on canvas and ready to hang. Should you wish a quicker service, unstretched artworks can be delivered rolled in cylinder containers.
Stretching is handmade by Australian picture framers.
All artworks will be packed secured with a tracking number.
All artwork comes framed and ready to hang with a wire / hook at the back of the artwork. All you need to do is take it out of the box and hang it!

RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING

In the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within seven days of receiving the order. We will issue you a full refund or credit on the purchase price of the art, but you will be liable for the return shipping.

You must ensure that the artwork is securely packaged for return shipping. At this time, there are no returns on special orders or orders shipped outside of Australia. We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging. If this is found to be the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

* Client is liable for the cost of the return shipping.
* Commissioned artwork may not be returned.
* Limited edition prints and photographs cannot be returned as they are printed on demand and the printing costs cannot be recovered.
